Prepare At Home


Our fusion vegan dumplings are perfect as appetisers, sides, or the main course.
They can be steamed, boiled, pan-fried, or deep-fried to suit individual preferences.

Once your dumpling order arrives, stick them straight into your freezer. We recommend cooking from frozen for best results. 

Air Fry :

For a quick and crisp result, preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce.

Shallow Fry :

Pan cook the dumplings from frozen. Preheat a pan on low to medium heat with 1 teaspoon of oil. Add the dumplings and cook for 3 minutes. Carefully add 3 tablespoons of cold water, cover the pan with any lid, and cook for another 3 minutes until all the water has evaporated.


Steam (The Healthy Way):

For best results, steam the dumplings from frozen. Place a colander or sieve above a pan of boiling water. Put the dumplings in the colander or sieve, cover with any lid, and steam for 5 minutes.

Deep Fry (The Desert Island Dumpling Way):

Heat oil in a deep frying pan or a deep fryer to 170-180°C (340-360°F). Carefully add the frozen dumplings and fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the dumplings from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper to remove any excess oil. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
