Never was there a better breakfast option for a Sunday morning…Inspired by my first introduction to the world of dumplings: our Tash’s deep fried dumpling hangover cure, circa 2017.
Back then it was the mushroom & chive dumplings from our beloved Chung Wah supermarket getting fried up...Now we’ve created a full fry up in a dumpling!

Tash had a kitchen top deep fryer back in those Princes Avenue Sunday brunch days but now I’d recommend sticking them in your air fryer: less faff, still good results!
